9. Switch off before going to sleep

Switch off your mobile phone from 8pm for one week, Monday to Friday. If you want you can try to read a book or practice different screen-free activities, such as mindfulness practices, journaling or spending quality time with your family.

It is recommended not to use the mobile phone at least 2 hours before going to sleep. Using a mobile phone before going to sleep can lead to irregular sleep duration and nightmares.
