The Polytechnic Institute of Santarém presents the FITeens project in the II International Congress of Life Quality Research Center
The II International Congress of Life Quality Research Center (https://www.cieqv.pt/) took place the 23rd and the 24th February, and it was held at ESECS, Polytechnic of Leiria, where national and international researchers debated the theme “Research Trends in Quality of Life”.
The presentation of the FITeens project focused on the main aspects of the project implementation and development, such as: concepts, purposes, results so far, with especial inputs on the relevance of teenagers adopting healthy habits in their lifestyles, and the important role that schools and Physical Education teachers play.
