WHY IS IT HEALTHY?

* Nuts are a very important ingredient in this recipe because they provide essential fats, i.e., we need to take them in our diet because our body does not know how to "manufacture" them.

* Yoghurts contain live micro-organisms that are very beneficial for maintaining a healthy intestinal flora.

TIP:

Remember that the nuts you add must be raw or roasted. Avoid those that are fried, coated with chocolate, honey, etc.!

PREPARATION

1. In a large glass or bowl, layer the fruit alternately with the yoghurt and top with the nuts.

2. Try eating it by inserting the spoon all the way to the bottom to get all the ingredients in your mouth at the same time. You'll see how delicious the mixture of flavours is!
