If any of the fruits you choose can be eaten with the skin on, don't remove it!
1. Mix the flax seeds with the glass of orange juice and add another glass of water and let it sit for 20 minutes (about the same time it will take you to prepare the rest of the ingredients). You will see the seeds expand and the liquid becomes gelatinous.
2. Grind the flax seeds in a mortar and pestle and set aside on a plate.
3. Cut the fruits into pieces and place them on a tray. You can either stir them or arrange them in rows.
4. Add the whole strawberries scattered on top.
5. Finish by pouring in the hydrated chia seeds and sprinkling with the flax.
