WHY IS IT HEALTHY?

* The sautéed sauce added to the minced meat is one of the components of the Mediterranean Diet that has clear health benefits. 
* The combination of veal and turkey meat makes it possible to take the ration of quality protein while respecting the recommendation to limit the consumption of red meat.

* To make a complete meal, all you need to do is to have your share of vegetables... Make a fun salad with colourful lettuces while you cook the pasta!

PREPARATION

1. In a large frying pan, heat a splash of oil over high heat and add the minced meat. When browned, reduce the heat to low, add the finely chopped garlic and onion and stir until combined. 

Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Add the crushed tomato. Season to taste with salt and pepper and cook over a low heat while stirring to prevent sticking.

3. Put salted water in a saucepan and, when it comes to the boil, add the wholemeal pasta. When the time recommended by the manufacturer has expired, drain and place on a plate.

4. Cover the pasta with the bolognese and finish the recipe by sprinkling the grated cheese on top.
