The Congress of the Portuguese Society of Sport Psychology (SPPD), is the largest scientific event in Portugal in this scientific field. This year, the XXIV SPPD Congress, was held between the 14th and 16th September, in the City of Funchal, on the Madeira Island, in a joint organization between the SPPD and the University of Madeira, and with the support of the Municipality of Funchal. This annual event aims to bring to debate the ideas, studies and current lines of research in the area, with knowledge transfer, not only for the domain of Sport, Physical Exercise and Physical Activity, but for society in general. It was with this purpose that the ERASMUS+ FITeens Project was presented, especially the first results, resulting from the elaboration of a digital tool (i.e., ToolKit), which has special applicability in the school context, with the objective of helping physical education teachers to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles of their students.
