The 1st International Congress Escola Activa i Salut: creating active identities in childhood and adolescence was held in Valencia on 9, 10 and 11 November 2023. During these three days, different projects, models and strategies for the promotion of healthy habits at school and high school were presented.
As the University of Zaragoza, we had the opportunity to present, for the first time, the structure and design of the APP resulting from the FITeens project for the promotion, through challenges, of physical activity, appropriate sleep and screen time, alcohol and tobacco consumption and healthy diet.
