One of the main barriers to implementing healthy living programmes in schools is the lack of teacher training. The various studies mentioned above suggest that the sustainability of such programmes depends to a large extent on schools developing and retaining knowledgeable, skilled and motivated leaders and senior staff. It is therefore vitally important to provide teachers with training in health education so that such interventions in schools can be more successful.

This result will consist of the creation of a complete toolkit for teachers that will cover the different elements of the big 6 (physical activity, sufficient sleep, low screen time, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, and intake of healthy food) so tdfasffasfas feqf ewf hat they can incorporate them in their teaching practices.
