The FITeens Project was presented at the CIDESD 2023 International Congress of the Centre for Research in Sport Science, Health Sciences and Human Development, held at the University of Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, in Vila Real. The CIDESD 2023 International Congress aims to provide a good opportunity for researchers to come together, share, learn and contribute to the latest advances in Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences in a professional and social context. This event included plenary sessions, free communication sessions, industry exhibition, presentations and discussion of research projects and many networking activities.
