15th February, the University of Tartu's Institute of Sport Sciences and Physiotherapy, represented by Researcher Henri Tilga and Associate Professor Andre Koka, presented the Erasmus+ FITeens project's outcomes at Tartu Kesklinna School (Estonia). Sixteen educators participated, eagerly exploring FITeens MOOC, smartphone app, and toolkit. The session fostered interactive learning, empowering educators with practical tools and theoretical knowledge to revolutionise health education.
